StanShih Foundation is actively engaged in philanthropic activities with the goal of sharing experience and cultivating young Taiwanese leaders with international perspective.

After his retirement from Acer Group in December 2004, Mr. Shih founded iD SoftCapital Group to promote “Intellectual Development for the New Economy”. The organization’s goal is to leverage the experience of venture capital veterans and former Acer senior management to share and pass on the experience and knowledge to the next generation. StanShih Foundation is an important component of Mr. Shih’s overall vision and platform for cultivating Taiwan’s next generation of leaders.

In order to nurture talent, the Foundation hosts various seminars, speeches, and programs to share the long and successful entrepreneurial experience of Mr. Shih.
